Children’s Book Illustrator

While illustrating Klaus Taube’s “Der alte Hund”, I enjoyed drawing the many dogs Bernd meets along his journey. Their diversity reflects the variety of techniques I use in my work.

The dragon baby from Violetta Nowakowska’s “The Seven Dragons” is small, lonely and searching for help. Without knowing it, he inspires the other dragons to discover their true strengths.

The story Nikodem, His World and Other Worlds was one of my earliest projects. Created in 2005 as my diploma thesis at Burg Giebichenstein University of Art and Design, it was freely developed and strongly shaped by collage techniques.
